Santao Food Group's Hainan Team Building Trip Achieves Great Success

To thank all employees for their hard work in the past year, strengthen the team building of the logistics team, enhance employees' sense of identity and belonging to the company, and improve team cohesion and collaboration, Santao Food Group organized a 6-day, 5-night team building trip to Sanya, Hainan, for its logistics management staff during the 2023 Chinese New Year.
The participants gathered at Shandong Santao Food’s third factory on January 22, 2023, and returned safely to the factory on January 27, 2023. The Hainan team building trip was a great success.
During this event, employees from various departments took the opportunity to actively communicate and exchange ideas, laying a solid foundation for better coordination and collaboration in the future. It is believed that in future work, colleagues from different departments will be more energized and committed to their work, contributing to the company’s growth and striving for even higher performance goals. We are confident that 2023 will bring even greater achievements!
